Please contact us before returning anything. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Sealed product
Sealed product can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup only if it is unopened and still in its original factory seal.
Final sale items
Single cards, graded cards, and event registrations are final sale. The only exception is an item that is not as described. If that happens, contact us and we will make it right.

Retro games and consoles come with a 30-day functional guarantee. If an item does not work within 30 days of delivery or pickup, contact us and we will offer a refund or an exchange.
